With the support of the Maracaibo Sambil, Tecni-Science Books, Books The National Public Beloved Author Lucy, The Book Conflict Resolution: Alternative to transform disputes peacefully. After the success obtenido en su primera edición, fue presentado el jueves 7 de octubre de 2010 , la segunda edición en donde la Escritora Zuliana, profesional del Derecho y experta en el área de  Negociación Estratégica explica cómo negociar de manera sencilla.


En una grata velada, en donde Lucy Amado, con la presencia del Ingeniero Néstor Borges, Presidente de Fedecamaras Zulia y el Dr. Neuro Villalobos, ex Rector de la Universidad del Zulia, presentaron a  Medios de Comunicación social y representantes de distintas Instituciones zulianas, la segunda edición de la obra que tanto éxito alcanzo con sales records in the National Market.

Lucy Amado, the premise shows how important it is to negotiate for the parties before taking a case to trial or when the person requires it. Thus, Amado has become one of the few specialists in conflict resolution through negotiation and mediation, not only in the Zulia region, but throughout the country, desensempeñadose as a lecturer in this exciting issue both nationally and internationally.

Lucy Amado, has in its curriculum, the distinction of having been a contributor to the program Strengthening Peace in Venezuela who developed the Carter Center and UNDP in our country, one of the few experts in this area in Venezuela. Similarly, I think the chair of Alternative Dispute Resolution, in addition to designing and delivering program content of the degree of negotiation, both taught at the prestigious University Studies, Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacin (Urbe) ... about says the author ....
